Meet Aaron. Hi, my name is Aaron and my dog is 17 years old. This is the story of Aaron and her dogs. Most dogs in the world do not have a home and the ones that do find a home are usually the young and the cute ones. If you are an old dog, most people don't notice you. You are left in a shelter or in the streets by yourself. To her it made no sense. Older dogs are calmer, as friendly and don't need as much attention. So she quit her marketing job to work with dogs. She started with a Facebook page. And every dog she posted got adopted, 1,500 of them total. She taught 600,000 people that old dogs are as good or in some cases better than adopting a young one. And she herself has two senior dogs. They say dogs are man's best friend. In that case, old dogs are their angels. That's 1 minute. See you tomorrow. Meet Dawn. Hi, my name is Dawn and I have one cat. Dawn doesn't have just one cat. She has 1 2 3 4 5 10 20 50 100 800 cats. And six puppies. And she knows everything about them. This is Corey. This is Fred. This is Socks. She's 5 years old. While on vacation in Cyprus, Dawn lost her cat and went around the island searching for him. But he was nowhere to be found. What she did find however are dozens of stray cats with bad state of health. So she decided to change her plans. Instead of buying a beach house with her retirement money, she decided to move to Cyprus from the UK and open a cat shelter. And she spent all her money on cat food. Taking care of cats is expensive. They feed them, clean them, and give them up for adoption. And she's been doing this with volunteers for 6 years. Dawn did lose her cat, but ended up finding 800 other cats. That's 1 minute. He has a deer, two goats, horse, donkey, two chameleons, hedgehog, crocodile, lizard, monkey, two dogs, snake, owl, eagle, and a cat. And they're all rescues. That's 14 different animals, each with their own different food and habitats. He lives with a deer in his house. He travels with a chameleon in his car. He goes to weddings with his monkey. He takes his snake to school. And his crocodile? He sneaks to hotels. Even his last name means animal in Arabic. My name is Sherif Elhayawan. Sherif is a cardiologist in Egypt who treated more than 6,000 animals in his life. It's rare to find people that dedicate their entire life for the service of others.
